1. My size varies from style to style. How do I know which size to choose?

We endeavour to give accurate descriptions of each garment. However, as size grids do tend to vary from brand to brand, we have included our models measurements and what size they are wearing to help you decide. If you need a little extra help, jump onto our ‘Sizing Charts’ page or feel free to contact us via email with your measurements and the style you’re after and we will do our best to recommend the best size for you.

2. The size I want is sold out. Will you re-stock more?

As we turn over stock really quickly, we rarely repeat styles or re-stock on sold out sizes. However, please don’t hesitate to email us or shoot us a Facebook message with details of what you’re after as we can check to see if our shopfront has any in stock for you.

3. I need an outfit for the weekend! When is the latest I can place an order?

Purchases made by 2pm AEST weekdays are packed and sent the same afternoon. We send everything out using Australia Post EXPRESS which generally ensures next business day delivery for metro areas. Regional areas may take 2-3 business days. To ensure delivery by the weekend, we recommend finalising your order by 2pm on Wednesday. For regional customers, we recommend finalising your order by 2pm Tuesday.

4. How long will it take for my parcel to arrive?

Metro orders should arrive on your doorstep within 1-2 business days. Orders placed on Friday afternoons and weekends will be sent on Monday and should arrive Tuesday (Wednesday for regional orders).  International orders can expect a delivery timeframe of 7-20 business days depending on customs delays.  For more information, please refer to our ‘Shipping’ page located at the bottom of the screen. 

5. I haven’t received my parcel within the estimated time frame. Where is it?

Contact us via email if your item hasn’t arrived within the estimated timeframe. We will follow it up with Australia Post and provide you with tracking details. At certain times of the year, deliveries can take a little longer than normal (Christmas, when there are extreme weather conditions, etc).

6. My item isn’t suitable. Can I send it back?

The short answer is Yes.  We just ask that you ensure the item is in perfect, original condition with all tags still attached.  Then just email us to request a returns form, fill it out, and send the item back to us within the returns timeframe of 14 days. All the details of where to send it are on the returns form. Once received, we process and email you a credit to the value of 100% of the purchase price. **We are unable to accept returns on swimwear, sale items, earrings, cosmetics and headwear.** For more information, please refer to our ‘Returns & Exchanges’ Page at the bottom of the screen.

7. My item is faulty. What should I do?

If you believe your item is faulty, please email us details within 3 days of having received it. Feel free to include photos. We understand every circumstance is different and will assess each individual situation at hand.

8. How do I know if my purchase has gone through correctly?

Once your purchase is finalised, you should receive an email both from us, The confirmation email may take a few minutes to come through. If you haven’t received anything, be sure to check your junk folder prior to contacting us.

9. What payment methods do you use?

We use the Paypal payment gateway where you can checkout using your Paypal account OR select the option to pay with credit/debit card.  A new addition to our payment options is Afterpay. Here, you can pay your order off in instalments over 4 or 6 weeks but still receive it straight away. It’s like a take home lay-by! Both Paypal and Afterpay are completely secure and ensure none of your private information is disclosed to other parties. 10. I love these items but can’t afford them right now. Can I hold or layby?

Unfortunately, due to our high turnover of stock we are unable to hold items. However, with our new Afterpay option, you can pay off your order in instalments! You only need to have enough to pay for your first instalment up front. It’s like a lay-by except you can have it straight away!
